• Insert your pen drive
• now backup all data or copy an other pen drive
• Right clcik on your pen drive and go to  propeties
• 
  
• Now click on Ready boost tab 
• and then Use this device 
• choose maxmum space to reseve systm speed other u says MBs  then 
• click on ok
• now you have to Apply 

• Done
